“I have to say that Julie’s running knowledge is encyclopaedic, her weekly training emails are full of interesting articles and inspirational stories and videos for her group to watch. The drills that the group go through prior to each training session are innovative and thorough, allowing people to determine the ones that work best for them. The sessions themselves are interesting, varied and as challenging as you want to make them, ensuring that there is something for everyone and there is no room for complacency or getting stuck in a rut. Julie is always on hand to answer questions and provide support, I have to say she is the best coach I have experienced.”

I am an Endurance Event Group Coach (level 3/4 England Athletics Running Coach) and take great satisfaction in helping people achieve their running dreams.. I have completed the 23k Chamonix Cross, 32k Sierre-Zinal and 64k ChaChaCha Ultra all in the Alps, while training in SE England. I have a marathon best of 3hrs 15min.
